Bratt joined the faculty of University College of the Cayman Islands in 2017 as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Arts and Humanities, and has been deeply involved in program development.
When I started teaching I liked to think that I was participating in the education of a new generation which would reinforce the foundations of democracy; today I feel more like a job trainer.
